This program is designed to enhance the Amazon customer and Selling Partner experience worldwide. It aims to collaborate directly with German Selling Partners to elevate the value, selection, and convenience of their US Amazon business.

As part of our team, you will have the opportunity to drive innovation and creativity in technology, processes, and people. Your role will involve launching and expanding the program, enhancing seller engagement and satisfaction, and facilitating scalable global solutions by working closely with the US, Europe, and China Teams.

DE Global Selling is currently looking for a dynamic and motivated Marketplace Consultant to play a crucial role in recruiting, developing Selling Partners, and contributing to the successful launch and growth of the DE to US Strategic Account Services (SAS) program.

As a Marketplace Consultant, you will collaborate with a select group of DE Selling Partners to support them in expanding their presence on Amazon's US Store. Your responsibilities will include guiding them on utilizing new programs, leveraging Amazon's marketing tools, offering advice on account strategy, global logistics, and global selection listing.

Additionally, you may assist in recruiting and onboarding Selling Partners to this new service and serve as their main point of contact. You will have access to a range of support services to address operational and technical issues, ensuring the success of your endeavors.

One of your key tasks will be to establish and nurture long-term relationships with key stakeholders within potential accounts, contributing to the growth and prosperity of the program.

Given the early stage of the program, you will be instrumental in providing feedback and shaping the processes, tools, and content essential for the success of this new service.

You will play a vital role in shaping DE Global Selling's suite of Paid Services solutions in collaboration with cross-functional teams and peers in the US, Europe, and China.

This position offers a unique opportunity to influence the first paid global export service for DE Selling Partners looking to expand globally into the US Store. The ideal candidate will excel at engaging with senior external stakeholders, possess strong sales acumen, demonstrate a history of leveraging data and tools to drive business growth, and thrive in an evolving environment.


Key Job Responsibilities:Create and communicate compelling value propositions for our Paid Service programs.Identify, qualify, and engage with potential Selling Partners for DEtoUS SAS based on a deep understanding of their needs.Strategically manage a portfolio of Selling Partners to facilitate sustainable GMS growth, utilizing marketplace programs and tools.Analyze customer data to maximize the potential of assigned Selling Partners, following our DEtoUS SAS Playbook.Track metrics to assess the performance and quality of sellers in your portfolio, uncovering growth opportunities.Utilize CRM tools to monitor account information and sales progress effectively.Conduct business reviews to evaluate progress and success within your portfolio.Develop a comprehensive understanding of the Amazon Marketplace services industry and DE export macro environment.Lead various projects related to our Paid Service, including process development, competitive analysis, and sales evaluation.

We are looking for candidates to join us in either Berlin, BE, DEU or Munich, BY, DEU.



BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

  • Fluency in German and English is mandatory.
  • Prior experience in sales or account management within E-Commerce.
  • Strong analytical skills, particularly in Microsoft Excel.
  • Proven ability to influence effectively across all levels of an organization.
  • Track record of surpassing sales targets through a consultative approach.
  • Passion for enhancing customer user experience and translating needs into business requirements.
  • Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
  • Comfortable operating in a dynamic environment.
