Für unseren Standort in Saalfeld (Thüringen) suchen wir Sie als Lead Manager- Fertigungssteuerung (m/f/d) um das 6-7 köpfige Team vor Ort disziplinarisch zu führen.
Ihre Aufgaben:
Disziplinarische und fachliche Führung sowie Weiterentwicklung des Mitarbeiterteams Verantwortung für die Planung, Steuerung und Kontrolle der Fertigungsaufträge entsprechend den Kundenbedarfen entlang der gesamten Lieferkette unter Nutzung von SAP Verbesserung der Produktionsplanungs- und Steuerungsprozesse Unterstützung bei der Optimierung der Auftragsabwicklung Überwachung der Materialbestände, Fertigungsrückstände, Reichweiten sowie Maßnahmen zur Bestandsoptimierung und zum Rückstandsabbau einleiten. Festlegung und Prüfung der optimalen Fertigungslosgrößen, Sicherheitsbestände und Vorlaufzeiten für eine optimale Materialplanung. Verantwortung für die Stammdatenanlage und -pflege für die Fertigungssteuerung in SAP Sicherstellung der Materialversorgung sowie der Kundenbelieferungen Überwachung von Systemunregelmäßigkeiten (COGI) Erstellung von Kennzahlen und draus abgeleiteten VerbesserungsmaßnahmenIhr Profil:
Mindestens 4-jähriges abgeschlossenes betriebswirtschaftliches Studium und/ oder aus dem wirtschaftswissenschaftlichen Bereich, Schwerpunkt Supply-Chain-Management / Logistik/ Materialwirtschaft MehrjährigeBerufserfahrung in Fertigungsplanung und -steuerung oder Materialwirtschaft Min. 2+ jährige Führungserfahrung Erfahrung in ERP-Systemen, die in einem komplexen Produktions- und Materialumfeld verwendet werden, tiefgehendes Verständnis von Planungs- und Produktionssteuerungsverfahren Englischkenntnisse sowie verhandlungssicheres Deutsch in Wort und Schrift Eigenverantwortliches, selbstständiges und zielorientiertes Arbeiten Kommunikationsstärke, Durchsetzungsvermögen und TeamfähigkeitUnser Angebot:
