Wir suchen für 3 bis 6 Monate motivierte Studierende, die Praxiserfahrung im M&A bei einer international tätigen Boutique-Investmentbank sammeln möchten.

Saxenhammer ist eine spezialisierte internationale M&A-Boutique, die Mittelstands- und Wachstumsunternehmen unterstützt. Mit umfangreichem Branchen-Know-how und Standorten in Berlin, München, Frankfurt und London entwickeln wir maßgeschneiderte Lösungen für unsere Klienten. Als exklusiver Partner von CDI Global in Deutschland beraten wir bei grenzüberschreitenden Transaktionen und profitieren von unserer Industrieexpertise.

Im Bereich Special Situations M&A begleiten wir Unternehmen in komplexen Situationen wie Carve-outs, Spin-offs und Restrukturierungen, um optimale Ergebnisse zu erzielen. Unser Team von M&A-Professionals bietet ein dynamisches Arbeitsumfeld mit frühzeitiger Verantwortungsübernahme.

Aufgaben
  • Unterstützung bei der Erstellung von Präsentationen und Finanzanalysen
  • Kommunikation mit Mandanten und Investoren
  • Erstellung von Finanzmodellen und Analysen
  • Arbeit an Branchen- und Wettbewerbsanalysen
  • Unterstützung bei Due-Diligence-Aktivitäten
Qualifikation
  • Studium der Wirtschaftswissenschaften oder vergleichbar
  • Relevante Erfahrungen in M&A, Corporate Finance oder Private Equity von Vorteil
  • Gute Kommunikations- und Teamfähigkeiten
  • Analytische Fähigkeiten und Flexibilität
  • Gute Kenntnisse in Excel und Powerpoint
  • Verhandlungssichere Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
