Super, dann sind Sie genau richtig in der Leitung unseres Engineering-Team Sie kümmern sich um die technischen Anlagen innerhalb unseres Hauses und sind im ständigen Austausch mit anderen Abteilungen bei Störungen, Reparaturen sowie der Einhaltung von gesetzlichen Vorschriften.

Um unser Team zu bereichern, suchen wir ab sofort einen Director of Engineering** (m/w/d). **In Ihrem neuen Job reportieren Sie an den General Manager und sind Teil des Führungsteams.

- und Fitnessbereich sowie das "Midtown Grill" Restaurant, der "The Big Dog" Diner und eine Lobby-Bar.

**So sieht Ihr Tag aus**:

- Gestaltung eines reibungslosen Ablaufes in allen technischen Bereichen und Brandschutzeinrichtungen
- Übernahme der Leitung des Engineering Departments
- Ansprechpartner für alle technischen Belange des Hotels
- Koordination und Organisation der anfallenden technischen Arbeiten
- Pflegen und Warten unserer technischen Anlagen und Einrichtungen
- Administration unseres Transcendent-Systems zur Verwaltung von unternehmensweiten Engineering-Prozessen, Standards und Leistungsmessungen
- Koordination & Weiterentwicklung des Technik-Teams

**Was wir uns von Ihnen wünschen**:

- Eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung in einem Handwerksberuf (z.B. Elektriker, Maler)
- Berufserfahrung in einer ähnlichen Situation, im Idealfall bereits in einem Fünf-Sterne-Hotel
- Fundiertes Fachwissen und Sicherheit in der Betreuung unserer anspruchsvollen Gäste
- Hervorragende Umgangsformen
- Teamgeist sowie Organisationstalent und Belastbarkeit
