Werde als **Bid Manager (m/w/d)** Teil der Infora und gestalte die digitale Zukunft Deutschlands

**Standort**: Köln

**Als Bid Manager**
- prüfst du Anforderungen, Erfolgschancen und Wirtschaftlichkeit einer potenziellen Angebotserstellung und koordinierst anschließend den gesamten Angebotsprozess.
- stimmst du dich mit internen und externen Stakeholdern ab und pflegst die Kommunikation mit den Auftraggebenden der öffentlichen Verwaltung.
- leitest du Review-Meetings bis zur Finalisierung des Angebots und forderst notwendige Zuarbeiten ein.
- stellst du die inhaltliche und formale Qualität und die termingerechte Abgabe unserer Angebote sicher.
- sorgst du für eine ordnungsgemäße Dokumentation des Angebotserstellungsprozesses, erstellst professionelle Vorlagen für Angebote und interne Berichte und präsentierst diese in relevanten internen Gremien.
- koordinierst du die Pflege von Projekt
- und Unternehmensreferenzen und optimierst laufend unsere Angebotsprozesse.

**Das bringst du mit**
- Ein abgeschlossenes Wirtschaftsstudium oder eine vergleichbare Ausbildung
- Mehrjährige Erfahrung in der Erstellung von Angeboten für öffentliche Aufträge
- Wissen über den Aufbau von öffentlichen Ausschreibungen wünschenswert
- Entschlussfreudigkeit, unternehmerisches Denken, zielorientiertes Vorgehen und gute Problemlösungskompetenz sowie gute Kommunikationsfähigkeiten
- Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse (C1) in Wort und Schrift
- Projektbezogene Reisebereitschaft
