Wir suchen für unseren Bereich **Compound & Tire Application Development** **am Standort **Schkopau** zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt eine/n Mitarbeiter/in als **Tire Application Development Specialist, R&D (m/w/d).**
02 Ihre Aufgaben sind:
- Kompetente technische Beratung und Betreuung von Kunden der Reifen
- und technischen Gummiwarenindustrie weltweit in enger Zusammenarbeit mit dem Verkauf
- Gezielte Beobachtung und Analyse von technischen Kundenanforderungen und Markttrends in Bezug auf Reifenanwendungen
- Entwicklung von Lösungen für technische Anforderungen der Kunden und des Marktes in enger Abstimmung mit anderen R&D Gruppen
- Entwicklung neuer Projektideen zur Erweiterung und Wertsteigerung des Produktportfolios
- Materialwissenschaftliche Beratung und komplexe Problemlösungen
- Dokumentation, Kommunikation und Präsentation von Messdaten, Versuchsergebnissen und entsprechenden Schlussfolgerungen
- Präsentation von Ergebnissen auf Konferenzen und Betreuung von Kooperationsprojekten
03 Das bringen Sie mit:
- Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Hochschul
- oder Universitätsstudium der Chemie, Physik, Kunststofftechnik, Werkstofftechnik oder einer vergleichbaren Ingenieurwissenschaft (auch Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen) oder Naturwissenschaft; Promotion vorteilhaft
- Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in der Kautschuktechnologie oder Gummi-/Kunststoffindustrie; theoretische sowie praktische Kenntnisse von Verarbeitungs
- und Prüfmethoden von elastomeren Werkstoffen, insbesondere Kautschuk/Gummi sowie die Bewertung der Ergebnisse
- Erfahrung im Bereich Reifenanwendung; Mischungsherstellung von Compounds und Extrusion sind von Vorteil
- Sichere Anwenderkenntnisse mit dem MS Office Paket, Kenntnisse mit anderen Datenanalysesoftware (z.B. JMP) sind von Vorteil
- Anwendungsbereites Wissen zur statistischen Versuchsplanung
- Gute Deutsch
- und sehr gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift, polnische Sprachkenntnisse vorteilhaft
