Dein Verantwortungsbereich:

Datenanalyse: Du erhebst und analysiert Daten unserer Kundschaft und stimmst die individuellen Anforderungen mit Anwender*innen und Entwickler*innen ab Prozessoptimierung: Du identifizierst Optimierungspotenzial, konzipierst die Prozessarchitektur und prüfst dabei die technische Umsetzbarkeit mithilfe von Tests Berichterstattung: Du erstellst Berichte, um den Status Quo zu kommunizieren und die Entscheidungsprozesse zu unterstützen Stakeholder Management: Du managed die Erwartungen, kommunizierst die Umsetzbarkeit und übernimmst Verantwortung für den Erfolg deiner Tätigkeiten

Dein Profil:

Abgeschlossenes Studium der BWL, Wirtschaftsinformatik oder verwandte Bereiche.
