Job Description:

You are currently enrolled in university or college studies and want to gain some experience in a dynamic, modern, fast-growing tech company? Great We are looking for a work student (M/F/d) to support us with Office & Facility Management at our Karlsruhe Office

  • Help us creating the best possible office experience for our employees
  • Take over responsibility for office & facility management related topics
  • Keep arrangements with suppliers and make sure that our office is always equipped
  • Collaborate with and support our Travel Management team within their daily tasks and the rollout of a new travel management tool

Qualifications:

  • Enrolled student in the field of facilities, real estate management or any other related field with a focus on real estate topics
  • Ideally, you are already in your third semester or higher
  • Fluency in German and English is mandatory, further languages are a plus
  • Organizational talent paired with a structured way of working
  • Team player with the ability to work independently when needed
  • Knowledge of CAD or similar relevant software and systems as a plus
