gemeinsam mit einem Team aus Projektmanager:innen in einer neugeschaffenen Einheit (LPM) tätig werden und diese zentrale Einheit erfolgreich in der Kanzlei positionieren interdisziplinär und in enger Abstimmung mit unseren Anwält:innen und der OC-Legal-Tech- & Innovationseinheit arbeiten Prozesse neu denken und aufsetzen und effiziente, mandatsorientierte Produkte in der Rechtsberatung entwickeln komplexe M&A Transaktionen begleiten, Projekt- und Budgetverantwortung tragen und dabei unter Abwägung von potenziellen Risiken Maßnahmen für den Projekterfolg proaktiv anstoßen Best Practices, Standards und Richtlinien in verschiedenen Teams erarbeiten und etablieren die Kommunikation & effiziente Koordination mit internen und externen Stakeholdern übernehmen und dabei ihre Interessen und rechtliche Anforderungen im Blick behalten

Du überzeugst durch

relevante Erfahrung im Projektmanagement und / oder als Project Lawyer bzw. Transaction Lawyer in einer Professional Service Firm bzw. im Consulting-Umfeld oder einer Rechtsabteilung oder du hast im Rahmen deiner (juristischen) Ausbildung Erfahrung mit M&A-Transaktionen sammeln können ein erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Rechtswissenschaften / Wirtschaftswissenschaften - z.B. Wirtschaftsjurist:in - oder du bist alternativ Quereinsteiger:in und bringst gleichwertige Erfahrung in einem relevanten Berufsfeld mit Freude an der Erarbeitung praktischer Lösungen für die Fragestellungen unserer Mandanten in einem juristisch anspruchsvollen Umfeld proaktive und wertschätzende Kommunikation, sowohl im Umgang mit Kolleg:innen als auch Mandant:innen deine Persönlichkeit, die durch einen teamorientierten, pragmatischen und lösungsorientierten Ansatz geprägt ist deine analytische, flexible und innovative Herangehensweise an komplexe Problemstellungen und Anforderungen und eine genaue Arbeitsweise hohe Tech-Affinität und du bringst Neugierde für aktuelle Themen mit sehr gute Deutsch – und Englischkenntnisse
