**Head of Reception (m/w/d)**

für die Koordination und Betreuung der Rezeption in einem modernen Corporate Guesthouse.

Die peepz GmbH ist Personaldienstleister für flexibles Outsourcing von Onsite und Remote Personallösungen. Wir beraten und unterstützen Unternehmen dabei, die richtigen Mitarbeiter:innen für Einsätze vor Ort zu finden oder stellen ihnen im Rahmen von Auslagerungsprozessen Remote Personal an die Seite.

**Deine Aufgaben**:

Der Empfangsbereich ist die Visitenkarte eines guten Hotels. Hier werden die Gäste nicht nur willkommen geheißen und verabschiedet - in erster Linie werden sie hier wertgeschätzt. Als

Head of Reception im Corporate Hotel unseres international agierenden Kunden bist Du dafür zuständig, den ersten Eindruck von Geschäftspartner:innen, Mitarbeiter:innen und

Besucher:innen zum besten Eindruck zu machen und Dein Team Tag für Tag zu Bestleistungen zu motivieren. Konkret bedeutet das:

- Du betreust gemeinsam mit deinem Team unser Kundenprojekt,
- Du arbeitest selbstorganisiert und übernimmst die Dienst
- und Urlaubsplanung,
- Du bearbeitest administrative To dos,
- Du bist für das Onboarding neuer Kollegen verantwortlich,
- Du führst Mitarbeitergespräche und bist erster Ansprechpartner für Fragen, Anliegen oder fachliche Probleme,
- Du bereitest ein wöchentliches Reporting vor,
- Du koordinierst Check-ins und Check-outs,
- Du erstellst Reservierungen,
- Du bearbeitest Gästeanfragen und sonstigen Schriftverkehr,
- Du bist für die Qualitätssicherung an der Rezeption sowie im Empfangs
- und Loungebereich zuständig,
- Du sicherst die Kommunikation und Zusammenarbeit mit anderen Gewerken.

- Du Führungserfahrung in der Hotellerie / dem Gastgewerbe vorweisen kanst,

- Du am liebsten strukturiert, gründlich und zuverlässig arbeitest,
- Du Dich perfekt auf Deutsch artikulieren und bestenfalls weitere Sprachkenntnisse anwenden kannst,
- Du mit Deinem Organisationstalent und einem außerordentlich guten Zeitmanagement überzeugst,
- Stillstand für Dich keine Option ist und Du Dir persönliche Weiterentwicklung wünschst.
