Die Grizzlys Wolfsburg sind ein im Jahr 1992 gegründeter Eishockeyclub, welcher zu den Top-Teams in Deutschland zählt und ein Aushängeschild der Stadt Wolfsburg ist.

Tickets sind der Eintritt in unsere emotionale Grizzlys-Welt. Du bist der erste Ansprechpartner unserer Fans, entwickelst unseren Fanservice und alle Ticketingprozesse stetig weiter und sorgst mit Vertriebsgeschick dafür, dass die Eis Arena stets gut gefüllt ist und jeder Grizzlys-Fan das für sich passende Ticketprodukt erhält.

DIESE AUFGABEN ERWARTEN DICH


•Organisation & Abwicklung interner und externer Ticketingprozesse für unsere Heimspiele


•Administration des Ticket-Systems (Eventim-Tixx) im Front- & Backend inkl. Pflege der Kundendatenbanken


•Persönlicher, telefonischer und schriftlicher Fanservice


•Erstellung von Statistiken, Abrechnungen und Auswertungen


•Organisation & Durchführung sämtlicher Clearing- & Tageskassenprozesse am Heimspieltag

DAS BRINGST DU MIT


•Abgeschlossene Ausbildung bzw. abgeschlossenes Studium im kaufmännischen Bereich


•Idealerweise erste Erfahrungen im Kundenservice


•Erfahrungen im Umgang mit Ticketsystemen sind von Vorteil


•Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse und mindestens Grundkenntnissen in Englisch in Wort und Schrift


•Fortgeschrittene Kenntnisse in der Arbeit mit MS Office Produkten


•Freundliches, sicheres und serviceorientiertes Auftreten


•Ebenso strukturiert und exakt wie du Abrechnungsprozesse durchführst, bringst du deine Kreativität und Hands-on-Mentalität zur stetigen Verbesserung sämtlicher Prozesse ein


•Die Arbeit an Heimspieltagen – v.a. am Wochenende und in den Abendstunden ist für dich das Salz in der Suppe
