Your key responsibilities include:
  • Ensuring the seamless operation of middleware and ERP systems
  • Documenting and addressing incoming issues
  • Developing and executing solutions to mitigate disruptions
  • Establishing and managing a ticketing system
  • Planning and executing installations and updates
Your qualifications:
  • Completed training or education in IT or system administration
  • Significant experience with Windows systems and servers, and ideally with Macintosh
  • Familiarity with MS SQL servers, HTML, and JavaScript
  • Organized work approach and a strong quality focus
  • Fluency in German and proficient knowledge of English.
