- Aufbau der Projektstruktur und Durchführung von Projektmeetings mit Lieferanten sowie internen und externen Schnittstellen
- Überwachung von Projektmeilensteinen und -ergebnissen mit Blick auf vereinbarte Ziele (Kosten und Zeit) mit Hilfe von detaillierten Projektplänen, Action Lists, etc. im Produktentwicklungsprozess
- Verantwortlich für die regelmäßige Aktualisierung des Projektstaus und proaktive Erstellung von Plänen zur Risikovermeidung bzw. -minimierung
- Führen und Treiben von Produktlinien, Design to Cost
- und VA/VE-Aktivitäten ("Value Added - Value Engineering")
- Steuerung funktionsübergreifender Kommunikation
- Leitung von Lieferantenüberprüfungen zur Sicherstellung der Einhaltung von APQP-Vorgaben aller Projekte ("Advanced Product Quality Planning")
- Unterstützung des strategischen Einkaufs bei der Einkaufsentscheidungen unter Berücksichtigung geltender Richtlinien
- Mobiles Arbeiten ist bis zu maximal 40% der wöchentlichen Regelarbeitszeit möglich (ausgenommen Einarbeitungzeitraum)
**Qualifikationen**:
- Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen, BWL oder vergleichbar
- Mindestens 3 Jahre Berufserfahrung im Einkauf oder Supply Chain
- Fundierte Kenntnisse im Microsoft Office Paket - insbesondere Excel, Power Point, Outlook Beginner
- Kenntnisse in Microsoft Project
- Fundierte Kenntnisse im Projektmanagement
- Idealerweise technisches Fertigungs
- und Prozesswissen von Automotiveprodukten, bevorzugt im Bereich Sensoren
- Mindestens verhandlungssichere (C1) Deutschkenntisse in Wort und Schrift
- Mindestens verhandlungssichere (C1) Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
- Interkulturelle Kompetenz, Teamfähigkeit und Kommunikationsgeschick
- Hohe Reisebereitschaft
