**DEINE AUFGABEN**:

- Leitung und Steuerung des Compliance & AML Teams für alle Geschäftsfelder des Unternehmens
- Operative und strategische Weiterentwicklung des Compliance & AML Bereichs in Zusammenarbeit mit dem Management
- Durchführung von internen und externen Risikoanalysen, Implementierung abgeleiteter Maßnahmen und regelmäßige, aufsichtsrechtliche Meldungen
- Sicherstellung der aufsichtsrechtlichen Anforderungen an ein Zahlungsinstitut (Risikomanagement nach ZAG, Compliance, GWG, DSGVO, KWG, Outsourcing, Reporting), und Umsetzung der aufsichtsrechtlichen Anforderungen im Hinblick auf Zahlungsdienste, Geldwäscheprävention und Datenschutz, inkl. Koordination und Steuerung der Zusammenarbeit mit den Aufsichtsbehörden
- Beratung der Geschäftsleitung zur Sicherstellung des GWG-Geschäftsbetriebes und Unterstützung der Fachbereiche bei Projekten in Hinblick auf Compliance / AML relevante Fragestellungen
- Erarbeitung und Aktualisierung von Anweisungen, Prozessen, Grundsätzen und Verfahren mit Compliance oder Rechtsbezug
- Erstellung und Pflege von fachbezogenen internen Richtlinien sowie Risikoberichten und Durchführung von internen Compliance
- und AML-Schulungen
- Vorbereitung und Durchführung von externen Prüfungen
- Erstellung und Pflege relevanter Dienstleistungsverträge
- Leitung der 2nd Level Kontrollen

**DAS BRINGST DU MIT**:

- Du hast ein abgeschlossenes Studium der Rechtswissenschaften oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
- Du hast mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Bereich Audit / Compliance / Risk-Management im Banken
- oder Finanzsektor, idealerweise im Kreditbereich
- Du konntest bereits erste Erfahrung in der Führung von Teams sammeln
- Du besitzt ausgeprägte Kenntnisse in der Umsetzung regulatorischer Vorgaben (z. B. in Umsetzung von Geldwäscheprävention) als auch in der Kommunikation mit Aufsichtsbehörden
- Du hast eine hohe Affinität zu Online-Medien und neuen digitalen Lösungen sowie ein ausgeprägtes Interesse an E-Commerce
- Deine Arbeitsweise zeichnet sich durch ein hohes Maß an Verantwortungsbewusstsein, Zuverlässigkeit und Integrität aus
- Du verfügst über hohe Problemlösungskompetenz, Prozessverständnis und Durchsetzungsvermögen
- Du bist flexibel sowie begeisterungsfähig und hast Freude an der Arbeit im internationalen Team
- Du besitzt hervorragende Kommunikationsfähigkeiten sowie sehr gute Deutsch
- und kommunikationssichere Englischkenntnisse
