We are seeking a dynamic and hands-on Business & Commercial Leader to spearhead our commercial strategy and implementation.As the leader, you will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive business strategies to drive revenue, increase brand visibility, and establish our new brand as a leader in the skincare market.
YOUR MISSION
- Develop a comprehensive business & commercial strategy and identify growth opportunities in alignment with the brand ́s goals and drive results through handson execution.
- Drive the implementation of commercial strategies across all channels and oversee the daytoday operations, focusing on sales targets, market penetration, and customer satisfaction.
- Lead a small project team of experts in activation, education, finance, and operations and ensure overall aligned business objectives & successful brand launch.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key partners, distributors, and collaborators.
- Actively monitor KPIs and market dynamics, adjusting strategies promptly to meet changing demands.
- Be responsible for the brands P&L.
- Develop and manage budgets, forecast, and financial targets incl. the ensuring costeffective operations while maximizing revenue opportunities.
YOUR EXPERIENCE
- Strategic mindset with a handson, agile approach to execution.
- Strong analytical and problemsolving skills.
- Resultsoriented with a focus on achieving revenue and growth targets.
- Effective leadership and team management abilities. Strong communicator and negotiator with retailers and teams alike.
- Project Management skills, and high level of professionalism and efficiency mindset.
- Bachelor ́s degree in business, marketing, or a related field. MBA is a plus.
Reporting Structure:
This role will report to the General Manager Clarins Germany and work closely with the headquarters of Groupe CLARINS.
