Your responsibilities

  • You bring an in depth strategic understanding of channels, formats and content trends to build and thrive a highly emotionalized brand with a global aspiration
  • You collaborate with key partners across the company to translate our business objectives into an upper funnel communication through Creator Partnerships across Platforms
  • You lead all aspects of influencer communications as well as guarantee a proper execution with your team across our markets, considering the company goals and marketing mix in combination with the local market needs
  • You guarantee that air up builds and maintains strong relationships with a wide network of Ambassadors/Content creators & key influencers in order to ensure engaging and entertaining content to go live across all funnel steps in a global manner
  • You are responsible to build objectives, consistency and guardrails across the markets from a functional perspective
  • You drive process automation and data quality in creator marketing to proactively steer its performance and foster databased decisions
  • You enable your team to build a strategic network of influencer agencies and steer them by providing briefs, direction and ongoing guidance

This is you

  • You are a communication expert with >10 years of experience and a deep understanding how content differs from advertising and how to leverage Content Creators & Influencer to bridge the gap
  • You are an exceptional leader and have a proven track record of working in a Matrix organization
  • You are a social media expert with strong marketing / PR communication skills and a proven ability to develop and execute strategic influencer campaigns across markets
  • You were already able to build strong influencer relations skills and influencer relationships
  • You are a strong executor and relationshipbuilder for your internal and external partners
  • You ideally have experience in an influencer marketing environment, have worked in a fastpaced consumer brand or FMCG environment
  • You have an outstanding ability to communicate and build relationships across all levels and functions and can find, build and foster crossfunctional synergies
