Our HR Partners are focused on creating a positive environment for our Builders, supporting them and managers with a strong emphasis on engagement, technology, and innovation.

The HR Partner role in our Builder Experience Team (BeXT) is all about enhancing the Builder experience.

  • Influence positive change and promote inclusivity for our Builders
  • Solve problems and influence diverse populations
  • Adapt to a fast-paced and ever-changing environment driven by innovation
  • Apply HR fundamentals effectively
  • Collaborate with leaders across the organization to set strategic goals focused on the Builder experience

BeXT provides personalized support to AWS Builders, amplifying their voices.

In this role, you will collaborate with AWS business leaders and various HR teams to innovate and implement HR strategies in areas such as talent management, compensation, and employee relations.

You will also offer support to Builders and leaders, drawing on HR expertise and empathy.

To succeed, you need a versatile skill set, including HR expertise, consulting skills, and the ability to collaborate across teams, levels, and regions.

Key job responsibilities:

  • Provide leadership coaching and development, working on talent management, people development, and performance management
  • Foster an inclusive environment for all Builders
  • Advocate for Builders' needs to enhance their engagement
  • Manage ambiguity and act as the primary point of contact for Builder concerns
  • Handle Builder queries with discretion and expertise, ensuring compliance with Amazon Policies
  • Encourage the adoption of technology and self-service
  • Collaborate and influence leaders at all levels of the organization
  • Conduct workplace investigations in collaboration with Builder Relations

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
  • Experience in a complex organizational structure
  • Strong project management and execution abilities
  • Coaching and consulting expertise
  • Multilingual skills are advantageous
  • Knowledge of EU labor laws across multiple countries is beneficial
