Key Responsibilities:

  • Influence change and nurture an inclusive environment for our Builders
  • Resolve issues and exert influence across diverse populations
  • Operate in a dynamic and rapidly evolving environment fueled by continuous innovation
  • Apply HR fundamentals to drive positive outcomes
  • Collaborate with leaders at various organizational levels to shape future strategies focused on enhancing the Builder experience

As a BeXT HR Partner, your role is dedicated to enhancing the Builder experience by providing personalized support to AWS Builders. You will partner with AWS business leaders and HR teams to introduce and implement innovative HR strategies related to talent management, performance, compensation, and employee relations. Your responsibilities will also involve offering guidance and assistance to Builders and their leaders in specific business lines or regions, relying on your HR expertise and empathy.

To excel in this role, you should possess a versatile skill set that allows you to adapt to various situations using your HR knowledge and consulting abilities. You must be capable of grasping the bigger picture while delving into specifics, collaborating across teams, hierarchies, and regions.

As a BeXT HR Partner, your day-to-day tasks may include:

  • Collaborating on talent management processes, people development, performance evaluation, compensation, and employee relations
  • Experience in navigating complex organizational structures
  • Project management expertise
  • Coaching and consulting capabilities
