**Ihr Aufgabengebiet**:

- Pflege und Ausbau von Kundenbeziehungen in enger Zusammenarbeit mit den Account Managern
- Ansprechpartner für einen definierten Kundenstamm hinsichtlich Auftragsadministration
- Elektronische Auftragserfassung und Nachverfolgung bis zur Rechnungsstellung unter Beachtung definierter Prozesse
- Systemunterstützte Verwaltung sämtlicher Kundenstammdaten (Spezifikationen, Preise, Boni etc.)
- Administration von Reklamationen, Retouren und Preiskorrekturen
- Ansprechpartner für Logistik und Produktionsplanung an 8 europäischen Standorten bei sich ändernden Auftragsbedingungen

**Ihr Profil**:

- Fließendes Englisch in Wort und Schrift erforderlich, Deutsch wünschenswert
- Kaufmännische Ausbildung oder Berufserfahrung im Vertriebsinnendienst vorzugsweise eines Industrieunternehmens
- Sehr gute analytische Fähigkeiten, detailgenaues Arbeiten, ausgeprägte Selbstorganisation und Selbständigkeit
- Teamfähigkeit, gute kommunikative Fähigkeiten und Kundenorientierung
- Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office
- Kenntnisse des SAP Vertriebsmoduls von Vorteil
