Kurz und knapp

Unser Business wächst rasant und der Lebensmittelmarkt steht nie still. Wir fügen jeden Monat Hunderte von Produkten hinzu, um unsere Kund:innen mit ihren alten oder neuen Lieblingsprodukten zu versorgen. Dementsprechend ändern sich ebenso unser Angebot von Bundles und die Preisstuktur unserer Produktpalette. Beides muss up-to-date gehalten werden, sodass wir Kund:innen immer einen tollen Bundle-Bonus und beste Preise für ein profitables Business anbieten können.

Im Pricing Teams gestalten und analysieren wir unser Preisangebot, haben die Wettbewerber im Blick und pflegen unsere Daten - sichtbar für unsere Kund:innen in der App, aber auch zur Schaffung von P&L Transparenz innerhalb des Commercial Teams und Picnic. Hierfür bauen wir Dashboards, führen Preistests durch und fixen kurzerhand mal den ein oder anderen Preisfehler in der App.

Was du tun wirst
  • Du baust Tools zur Analyse und zum Monitoren unserer Produktpreise - für unser deutschlandweites Sortiment
  • Du passt Produktpreise in unseren Systemen an, falls sich mal ein Fehler eingeschlichen hat
  • Du arbeitest an deinen eigenen Projekten innerhalb des Pricing Teams (z. B. zur Verbesserung unseres Wettbewerbspreis-Matchings oder zur Optimierung unseres Bündel-Bonus-Systems)
  • Unser Category-Team unterstützt du bei dem ein oder anderen Store-Check von Preisen und Produkten
  • Du unterstützt unser Marketing-Team oder das Rezepteteam bei Preiskampagnen
Über dich
  • Du hast ein kaufmännisches oder technisches Studium absolviert (B.Sc/M.Sc)
  • Du bist affin für Lebensmittel oder Handel, idealerweise bringst du bereits auch schon Erfahrung im Bereich der Preisgestaltung und Preiswahrnehmung mit
  • Du behältst die Übersicht und bist auf Zack
  • Du kommunizierst klar und offen
  • Dir gefällt die Analyse Zahlen, gerne auch mal bis auf die 3. Nachkommastelle
  • Du sprichst fließend Englisch und hast sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse - vor allem in Bezug auf Lebensmittel
