Position: Global Expert FMEA (m/f/d)

In this role, you will be spearheading the implementation and advancement of FMEA within the company, starting from scratch. Your responsibilities will mainly cover special production, involving the creation of fundamental FMEA.

Your tasks:
  • Main Focus FMEA
    • Establish and enhance standards
    • Standardize FMEA variations
    • Conduct FMEA-Moderation for Projects
  • Main focus global Expert/Leadership
    • Promote the new approach of FMEA implementation
    • Provide training on the method and defined procedures for moderators
    • Offer feedback to management on project status
Your skills:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in technical or business studies
  • Extensive professional expertise as an FMEA Specialist
  • Educational background in quality management, e.g., quality representative, internal auditor, quality manager, etc.
  • Project management skills with an entrepreneurial mindset
  • Technical knowledge in refrigeration, cooling, electrical, or controls
  • Familiarity with Lean Management, Six Sigma, and Management systems
  • Fluency in English, additional languages are a plus
