As a team member of Spark Radiance, you will be responsible for overseeing the central enterprise control system of the Güntner Group in the ERP domain. Together, we will elevate the system to the next level of digitalization, playing a vital role in the continued success and growth of the corporate group.

• Strategic Project Development: Lead and define local and global ERP subprojects, utilizing your expertise to design and implement innovative solutions.
• Knowledge Sharing: Create and conduct training sessions on ERP system operation and business processes to ensure all users can leverage the system's full potential.
• Process Optimization: Collaborate with departments and ERP developers to continuously enhance business processes.
• System Customizations and Enhancements: Define and manage necessary adjustments and expansions of the ERP system to meet evolving business requirements.
• Problem Solving: Address errors in the ERP system and business processes, proactively identifying issues and providing sustainable solutions.
• Compliance and Documentation: Ensure compliance with global ERP guidelines and thoroughly document new or modified business processes.
• Teamwork: Coordinate and closely collaborate with the global ERP team.
• Innovation and Learning: Analyze new system features, implement them, and ensure seamless integration. Stay updated and bring fresh ideas to the table.

• Language Proficiency: Fluent in German and English.
• Personality: Open-minded, motivated, and eager to learn.

• Industry Knowledge: Experience with logistics and production processes in the manufacturing industry.
• ERP Expertise: Familiarity with ERP customizing and master data maintenance.

• Project Management: Experience in project management, change management, and project consulting.
• Method Knowledge: Experience with waterfall and agile project management methods.
• Educational Background: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Logistics and Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, or similar.
