Gemeinsam mit dem Corporate-Communications-Team treiben Sie die globale Kommunikation bei LAPP voran und sind mitverantwortlich für die Weiterentwicklung der internen Kommunikationsformate und -prozesse. Dabei sind Sie immer auf der Suche nach spannenden Geschichten und haben den Menschen im Blick. Zu Ihren Aufgaben gehören u. a.:

  • Strategische Planung, Koordination und Organisation der globalen Unternehmenskommunikation mit Schwerpunkt interne Kommunikation
  • Erstellen und Redigieren von crossmedialen Geschichten für die interne und externe Kommunikation
  • Unterstützung beim Ausbau und der Pflege des globalen Kommunikatoren-Netzwerks für die internationale Kommunikation
  • Weiterentwicklung digitaler Kommunikationskanäle, wie etwa Intranet, Mitarbeitenden-App oder digitale Boards
  • Etablierung und Organisation von Kommunikationsformaten für Mitarbeitende und das Top-Management
  • Entwicklung, Steuerung und Durchführung von globalen internen Kommunikationskampagnen (Print, Video, Veranstaltungen etc.)
  • Beratung und Ansprechperson bei Fragen der internen Kommunikation (z. B. Kaskadenkommunikation, Projektkommunikation, etc.)
  • Systematische Standardisierung der internen Kommunikationsprozesse sowie Monitoring der Mitarbeitendenkommunikation

Sie haben eine Leidenschaft für Storytelling und denken Kommunikation aus einer 360-Grad-Perspektive. Sie haben Freude an der Arbeit in interdisziplinären Teams und sind eine teamorientierte Person.

  • Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Kommunikationswissenschaft, Medienwissenschaft, PR oder in einer vergleichbaren Fachrichtung
  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in der Unternehmenskommunikation eines größeren Unternehmens und/oder in einer PR-/Kommunikationsagentur/-beratung
  • Mehrjährige redaktionelle Erfahrung etwa durch journalistische Arbeit oder ein Volontariat sowie Freude am Schreiben
  • Erfahrung mit Software wie Adobe Photoshop, Premiere Pro und Microsoft SharePoint wünschenswert
  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
  • Ausgeprägte analytische Fähigkeiten und Projektmanagement-Skills
  • Selbstbewusste und kommunikative Persönlichkeit, die ihre Ziele mit spürbarer Leidenschaft, hohem Engagement und Lösungsorientierung verfolgt
