DEIN UMFELD:

In Deiner täglichen Arbeit bist du eng mit der Beratung, dem Support, dem Account Management und bei Bedarf mit unserer Entwicklungsabteilung vernetzt. Du betreust unsere Kunden und hilfst ihnen dabei, ihre Ziele zu erreichen. Durch gezielte Bedarfsanalysen kannst du Kunden dabei unterstützen, das volle Potenzial von Shop-IQ auszuschöpfen.

DEINE FUNKTION:

Deine Funktion wird bereits in der frühen Phase der Customer Journey von Neukunden vorgestellt. Customer Success Management ist dabei ein Angebot – Kunden entscheiden selbst, in welchem Maße sie davon Gebrauch machen. Das bedeutet, dass du mit manchen Kunden wenig und mit anderen Kunden intensiv zusammenarbeitest. Deine Rolle entfaltet sich besonders, nachdem der Kunde mit Shop-IQ live gegangen ist.

DAS SIND DEINE AUFGABEN:

  • Du bist verantwortlich für deine Kunden hinsichtlich der Nutzung von Shop-IQ sowie für kommerzielle Fragen.
  • Neue Anforderungen der Kunden erreichen dich als Erstes, ebenso wie für Shop-IQ relevante Veränderungen.
  • Du trägst maßgeblich zur Zielerreichung deiner Kunden bei.
  • Dein Ziel ist es, dass Neukunden das maximale Potenzial aus unserer Lösung schöpfen.
  • Auch die kontinuierliche Weiterentwicklung (Service-Reife) deiner Kunden liegt in deiner Verantwortung.
  • Du kennst die aktuellen branchenspezifischen Herausforderungen deiner Kunden.
  • Du informierst proaktiv über kommende Releases und hebst den individuellen Nutzen für deine Kunden hervor.
  • Du behältst aktuelle Supportfälle deiner Kunden im Blick und reagierst bei Bedarf

SO ÜBERZEUGST DU UNS:

  • Abgeschlossenes Hochschulstudium oder abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung (Vorzugsweise Mechatroniker)
  • Mehrjährige, einschlägige Berufserfahrung
  • Ein gutes Verständnis für IT- und Softwarelösungen
  • Ausgeprägte Kommunikationsfähigkeit
  • Schnelle Auffassungsgabe und analytische Fähigkeiten
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse und sehr gute Englischkenntnisse
  • Eigenständige Arbeitsweise, Teamspirit und Zuverlässigkeit
