Security und System-Administration (m/w/d)
Wir sind die Deutsche Gesetzliche Unfallversicherung e.V. (DGUV),der Spitzenverband der neun gewerblichen Berufsgenossenschaften und 24 Unfallkassen in Deutschland. Prävention, Rehabilitation und Entschädigung - das sind unsere zentralen Aufgaben. Wir kümmern uns um die Sicherheit der Menschen beim Arbeiten und Lernen.
Dein zukünftiges Team:ITD - Sicher vernetzt. Die Abteilung IT und Digitalisierung (ITD) der DGUV ist mit ca. 90 Beschäftigten verantwortlich für sämtliche IT-Dienstleistungen der DGUV und übernimmt Aufgaben für die Unfallversicherungsträger. Sie ist unterteilt in die Abteilungen Digitalisierung und Steuerung, Entwicklung und Projekte sowie Infrastructure. Ergänzt wird diese Struktur durch moderne und agile Arbeitsweisen in Matrixorganisation. Klassische IT-Aufgaben wie Entwicklung von Software, Rechenzentrum oder User-Support prägen unseren Arbeitsalltag genauso wie die Zusammenarbeit in Digitalisierungsfragen mit Ministerien und anderen Sozialversicherungsträgern.
Deine Aufgaben:- Zentrales Monitoring, Analyse und Tracking von sicherheitsrelevanten IT-Events
- Erarbeitung und Implementierung von Sicherheitskonzepten
- Durchführung von Sicherheitsaudits und Unterstützung bei der Behebung von Schwachstellen
- Entwicklung und Umsetzung einer Cloud Security Strategie
- Konfiguration und Administration des Microsoft 365 Security Center
- Konfiguration, Administration und Weiterentwicklung der Firewall-Systeme und Security Lösungen der DGUV
- Systemhärtung und 3rd Level-Support
- Projektleitung und Mitwirkung in bereichsübergreifenden Projekten sowie die Steuerung von externen Dienstleistern
- Abgeschlossenes Hochschulstudium (Bachelor oder Diplom-FH) der Fachrichtung Informatik oder in vergleichbaren Studiengängen mit IT-Bezug
- Alternativ abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung als Fachinformatiker/Fachinformatikerin (m/w/d) mit mindestens 3 Jahren Berufserfahrung in der Administration von Windows Servern
- Idealerweise mehrjährige Berufs- und Projekterfahrung im Themenfeld IT-Security/ Cyber
- Sehr gute Kenntnisse in der Administration von Windows Server-Betriebssystemen
- Gute Kenntnisse im IT-Projektmanagement
- Gute Kooperations- und Teamfähigkeit
