Stellenbeschreibung

Als Senior Ingenieur zur Analyse von Speicherzellen sind Sie für die Datenauswertung der Messwerte aller Speicherzellen, welche in unseren Produkten oder Protoypen (Testchips / MPW) verwendet werden, verantwortlich. Dabei sind Sie zuständig für das regelmäßige Monitoring existierender Test-Vehicles und arbeiten aktiv in entsprechenden Fokus-Teams zum Anlauf neuer Speicherkomponenten mit. Zudem treiben Sie Verbesserungsmaßnahmen zur Defektdichte auf Basis Ihrer SRAM-Auswertungen voran. Darüber hinaus unterstützen Sie den Aufbau einer Datenbankstruktur zur Erhöhung der Effizienz der Analysegeschwindigkeit.

Qualifikationen

Ausbildung: Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Hochschulstudium (Diplom/Master) in Elektrotechnik, Physik, Materialwissenschaften oder vergleichbarem Studiengang Erfahrungen und Know-how: mehrjährige Berufserfahrung, Kenntnisse der Halbleiterphysik mit dem Fokus auf Speicherzellen wie SRAM, EEPROM oder OTP; Erfahrung mit der Produkttechnikarbeit in einer Halbleiterlinie, EDA (Engineering Data Analysis) sowie Statistik-Kenntnisse Persönlichkeit: teamfähig, kommunikativ, ergebnisorientiert und zuverlässig Arbeitsweise: sehr selbständige Arbeitsweise, sehr gutes Organisations- und Problemlösungsvermögen sowie ausgeprägtes Qualitätsbewusstsein Sprachen: sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
