Im Detail übernimmst du dabei folgende Aufgaben:
- Du berätst unsere Kunden bei der fachlichen und technischen Umsetzung von Prozessautomatisierungslösungen mit den Schwerpunkten Intelligent Automation (IA), Robotic Process Automation (RPA), Process Mining und Künstliche Intelligenz (KI).
- Du leitest Kundenprojekte und Workshops mit dem Fokus auf Themen wie - Einsatz von intelligenter Automatisierung, nachhaltige Prozessoptimierung, Automation Governance, Automation Betrieb, etc.
- Du identifizierst neue Automatisierungspotenziale und die Bewertung des damit verbundenen Mehrwerts für unsere Kunden.
- Deine Aufgaben umfassen die gesamte Automatisierungswertschöpfungskette - Analysieren (PDD), Optimieren, Design (SDD), technische Entwicklung (TDD), Monitoring und Betrieb.
- Du entwickelst und etablierst Best Practices (z.B. zu Code, Wiederverwendbarkeit der Artefakte, Tests).
- Du bringst dich aktiv bei Business Development Aktivitäten und thought Leadership ein.
DEINE SKILLS - DAS BRINGST DU MIT- Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium der Informatik, Wirtschaftsinformatik, Mathematik, Physik, Wirtschaftswissenschaften, Data Science oder in vergleichbaren Studiengängen mit relevantem Bezug.
- Dank deiner analytischen Denkweise hast du ein gutes branchenübergreifendes Verständnis von den Geschäftsprozessen und Unternehmensabläufen unserer Kunden.
- Du bringst Erfahrung und idealerweise auch eine Zertifizierung mit den führenden Automatisierungstools wie UiPath, BluePrism, AA oder Power Automate mit.
- Du weist gute Kenntnisse in Python, C, C++, Java oder .NET auf und hast idealerweise Erfahrung mit SQL, JavaScript und HTML.
- Du bist ein Teamplayer mit sehr guten Kommunikationsskills.
- Du hast ein entrepreneuriales und agiles Mindset und willst als Vorreiterin oder Vorreiter agieren.
