Test Automation Specialist

About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Test Automation Specialist to join our team at Sogeti – Part of Capgemini. As a key member of our SAP Quality Assurance team, you will be responsible for designing and implementing automated testing solutions to ensure the highest quality of our SAP-based applications.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and develop automated testing frameworks using leading tools such as Tosca, Worksoft, or SAP CBTA
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize testing requirements
  • Develop and maintain test automation scripts in Java, JavaScript, or ABAP
  • Ensure test automation coverage and quality through regular testing and maintenance
  • Provide technical guidance and support to junior team members
Requirements
  • Proven experience in test automation with SAP (preferably in S/4 HANA)
  • Strong knowledge of leading automation tools and test tools
  • Excellent programming skills in Java, JavaScript, or ABAP
  • Experience in software testing and quality assurance methodologies
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, agile environment
