einschließlich Erfahrung mit ERP-, CRM- und anderen Unternehmensanwendungen. - Ausgeprägtes Verständnis von Geschäftsprozessen und die Fähigkeit, technische Lösungen zur Verbesserung der betrieblichen Effizienz zu entwickeln.
- Erfahrung in der Leitung und Entwicklung von IT-Teams oder Lieferanten sowie in der Zusammenarbeit mit anderen Abteilungen zur Erreichung gemeinsamer Ziele.
- Ausgezeichnete Kommunikations- und Präsentationsfähigkeiten sowie die Fähigkeit, komplexe technische Konzepte einem nichttechnischen Publikum zu vermitteln.
- Analytisches Denken, Problemlösungsfähigkeiten und die Fähigkeit, unter Druck zu arbeiten und Aufgaben nach
