Chief of Staff for Digital Security

In this function you will act as the right hand of our Business Line Head for Connected Secure System - Digital Security & Identity (CSS DSI) based in the Munich Headquarter and gain deep insights into our organization.
You will be involved in a broad range of tasks and, with your proactive and precise working style, you will contribute to strategic, organizational and operational topics.
In addition, you will act as an interface in between top management and other stakeholders within the Business Line and division.

Project manage local or global initiatives in collaboration with Business Line Departments as well as divisional and corporate functions
Develop decks with analytics and insightful/actionable reporting
to enable leadership decision-making:
Support internal reporting, communication and engagement activities:
Facilitate various organizational activities related to business planning, organizational design, governance, and space management

Organize and facilitate Business Line leadership meetings and workshops:
Drive cross-Business Line best practice sharing
You are curious and interested in a broad range of topics and always try to get new insights and ideas.
You are best equipped for those tasks if you have:
- A degree in
Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Electronics or comparable - At least
5 years of professional working experience: - A
strategic, analytical mindset,
high degree of organizational and planning skills and good social skills
Proactive, self-reliant, and hands-on work mentality

English communication skills , with
German as an added plus
