This Is What Your Day Will Look Like
- Sales and organizational planning of events, conferences, and catering
- Creating proposals, contracts, and invoices
- Achieving all budget goals and providing personalized customer advice and support for all event inquiries
- Ensuring smooth operations through structured, goal-oriented actions and analytical understanding
- Being the point of contact for event organizers on-site and interdepartmental coordination
- Communicating with various vendors required for event planning
- Participating in all departmental meetings
- Handling event and room inquiries and coordination
- Being a reliable contact person for our customers and guests before, during, and after the event
- Creating custom event/room proposals and contracts
- Conducting property tours and personal coordination meetings
What We Expect from You
- Several years of experience in events within a hotel environment, along with relevant experience in a similar role
- Solid computer skills and proficiency with Opera software and Microsoft Office applications
- Warmth and a confident demeanor
- Sales and organizational talent
- Team spirit and strong communication skills
- Professional leadership qualities and personal commitment
- Independent and structured work approach with an eye for detail
- Excellent German and English language skills
- Passion for hospitality and attention to detail
