**IHR AUFGABENBEREICH**
- Durchführung von sachbearbeitenden Tätigkeiten, insbesondere in den Bereichen Kontoführung, Zahlungsverkehr und Verwaltung der kundenspezifischen Private Banking Stammdaten
- Übernahme aller administrativen und organisatorischen Aufgaben eines Team-Sekretariates, insbesondere die selbstständige Bearbeitung der anfallenden Kundenaufträge, Korrespondenz, Archivierung und Dokumentation von Kontrollschritten
- Standardisierung, Optimierung und Vereinfachung von internen Prozessen mit dem Ziel, diese laufend zu verbessern und die Client Experience im best-in-class Standard zu steigern
- Bearbeitung eines breiten Spektrums an operativen und konzeptionellen Prozess
- / Kontrollaufgaben, deren Dokumentation und enge Abstimmung mit weiteren Business
- / Prozessmanagern auch über den eigenen Bereich hinaus
- Erstellung von internen Auswertungen und Statistiken zur Steuerung der Ablaufprozesse
- Bearbeitung komplexerer (steuerlicher) Kundenanfragen und Kommunikation mit der HSBC Gruppe in deutscher und englischer Sprache

- Berufserfahrungen im (kundenbetreuenden) Bankgeschäft und Prozessmanagement
- Abgeschlossene Ausbildung zur Bankkauffrau/mann oder ggfs. ein laufendes oder abgeschlossenes Wirtschaftsstudium
- Gewissenhafte, selbstständige Arbeitsweise, hohe Einsatzbereitschaft und überzeugendes Organisations
- und Koordinationsgeschick
- Hohes Maß an Kommunikationsstärke gegenüber externen und internen
- Ansprechpartnern, verbunden mit hoher Kundenorientierung und Sozialkompetenz
- Zuvorkommendes und gewandtes Auftreten sowie Freude an der Teamarbeit
- Solides IT-Verständnis, sowie gute PC-Kenntnisse (MS-Office-Paket)
- Sehr gute Deutsch
- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
