Als Projektmanager (m/w/d) sind Sie erste/r Ansprechpartner/in (m/w/d) der Geschäftsleitung für abteilungsübergreifende Projekte. Sie übernehmen deren Planung, Steuerung und Betreuung bis zum erfolgreichen Abschluss und arbeiten hierbei eng mit den jeweiligen Fachbereichen zusammen.

Koordination und Führung von Projektteams bestehend aus internen Mitarbeitenden der jeweiligen Fachabteilung sowie ggf. externen Partnern Sicherstellung der Einhaltung von Budgets, Zeitplänen und Qualitätsstandards Regelmäßige Berichterstattung über den Projektstatus an die Geschäftsführung und andere Stakeholder Proaktive Identifikation von Risiken/Hindernissen sowie Entwicklung von Lösungsstrategien Durchführung von Projektabschlussanalysen und Erstellung detaillierter Berichte über erzielte Ergebnisse und Lernerfahrungen Ihr Profil
  • Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich der Wirtschaftswissenschaften, der Informationstechnologie oder eines vergleichbaren Studiengangs
  • Mindestens 3 Jahre Berufserfahrung in der Projektleitung, idealerweise in der IT-Branche
  • Erfahrung mit Projektmanagementsoftware und -methodiken wie Agile oder Scrum
  • Sehr gute kommunikative Kompetenzen sowie die Fähigkeit, komplexe Sachverhalte klar und überzeugend zu präsentieren
  • Nachweisliche Kompetenz in der Leitung von Projekten und in der Steuerung von Projektteams bestehend aus unterschiedlichen Abteilungen
  • Selbständige und strukturierte Arbeitsweise
