Senior Project Manager (PMO) - Starnberg

Wir suchen einen erfahrenen Senior Project Manager (PMO) für unseren Standort in Starnberg. Als Teil der Aenova Group, einem der führenden Auftragshersteller und -entwickler für die Pharmaindustrie, werden Sie Teil eines dynamischen Teams sein, das sich auf die Entwicklung und Herstellung von Medizinprodukten spezialisiert hat.

Hauptraumfelder:
  • Schaffung einer optimalen Projektplanung und -steuerung für zugeordnete Projektvorhaben
  • Weiterentwicklung der Aenova Projektmanagementmethodik
  • Beratung von Auftraggebern und Executive Sponsoren bei der Planung und dem Setup von Projekten/Programmen
  • Methoden des Projektmanagements
  • Professionelles Berichtswesen gegenüber Auftraggebern und Executive Management
Anforderungen:
  • Erfolgreich abgeschlossene Hochschulausbildung mit dem Schwerpunkt (Wirtschafts-) Informatik oder vergleichbare in der Praxis erworbene Qualifikationen
  • 5 Jahre Erfahrung im Projekt- bzw. Multiprojektmanagement sowie Programm Management idealerweise mit einer anerkannten Zertifizierung
  • Nachweisliche Erfahrung in der fachlichen und methodischen Führung von Projekt- und Programmleitern und im Umgang mit Projektgremien
  • Erfahrung in der Optimierung und Effizienzsteigerung von Projekten und deren Abläufen
