Finance Business Partner – DACH
About the role
We are looking for a motivated and experienced Finance Business Partner to join our team in DACH region. As a Finance Business Partner, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining financial and accounting procedures that support the performance of our finance team as well as partnering the MD DACH and the wider DACH business in the annual budget and forecasting process, ROI management, and operational resilience while providing analytical insights and being a trusted adviser to the team.
Reporting to the FP&A Director EMEA, this position is part of a dynamic team that works in a fast-paced matrix environment where keen attention to detail and the ability to establish strong partnerships with cross-functional teams is crucial to success.

Responsibility for the reviewing of commercial performance from a top line, gross margin and full P&L perspectiveSupport business planning by providing financial analysis and modellingIdentify and measure key success drivers both internally and externally and how they impact the P&LProviding finance and business support to the DACH teamWork with non- finance managers to drive the budgeting processSupporting the management of all expense planning and reporting through a period of exceptional sales and category growthSupporting the development and implementation of best financial practicesInforming the financial forecasting, budgeting and actuals processEnsuring compliance with company policies and proceduresContributing to ad hoc projects as required as part of the overall finance and marketing functionsCreate models, analysis and presentations that condense complex topics into actionable informationKey Projects / Areas of Highlight

Bachelor's degree requiredGerman Level B2-C2 competency Minimum of 7-10 years of relevant work experience in Finance/AccountingPrevious experience with budgeting and analysisProven analytical, organizational, and business partnership skillsDemonstrated ability to multi-task and be detail oriented with respect to ensuring deadlines are met without creating any negative impact to internal clientsAdvanced Microsoft Office skills required, especially the need to have exceptional modeling skills in Excel#LI-HYBRID
