Als Manager Accounting (w/m/d) bei Siemens Real Estate (SRE) übernimmst Du folgende Aufgaben: Als Teil des Accounting Competence Centers der SRE übst Du global die Governance Rolle der SRE für ausgewählte komplexe immobilienspezifische Bilanzierungsthemen aus Du nimmst bilanzielle Würdigungen von komplexen Geschäftsvorfällen und Verträgen (einschließlich Investitionsanträgen) nach IFRS und HGB vor und bearbeitest steuerliche Anfragen, insbesondere zur Umsatzsteuer Du unterstützt bei der Bewertung regulatorischer Entwicklungen im Bereich Nachhaltigkeit sowie bei der Umsetzung SRE relevanter ESG Reporting Themen (insbesondere EU-Taxonomy und CSRD) und bereitest interne Schulungsunterlagen dazu vor In Deiner neuen Rolle bist Du als Gesellschaftsbetreuer verantwortlich für die Monats-, Quartals- und Jahresabschlüsse (IFRS und HGB) und ermittelst die latenten Steuern (SiTax) für ausgewählte inländische SRE-Gesellschaften Du erstellst die erforderlichen Forecasts für diese Gesellschaften und hinterlegst diese im konzerninternen Berichterstattungssystem (ESPRIT) Du bist verantwortlich für die Erstellung der HGB-Abschlüsse ausgewählter SRE-Gesellschaften und erläuterst diese der Geschäftsführung Du begleitest gesellschaftsrechtliche Vorgänge und Umstrukturierungen und bist für deren Umsetzung verantwortlich Du unterstützt die Optimierung von internen Arbeitsprozessen Du arbeitest eng mit internen und externen Stakeholdern zusammen (z.B.
