GLOBAL PROCESS AND DATA DIRECTOR (ALLE GESCHLECHTER)

Wir suchen eine starke Persönlichkeit mit Expertise in der Gestaltung von Geschäftsprozessen und einer hohen Affinität für Daten. In dieser zukunftsweisenden Position mit direkter Berichtslinie an den Vorstand verantworten Sie den Ausbau der globalen Prozess- und Datenorganisation von GELITA. Ziel ist die Stärkung einer übergreifenden Prozessorientierung sowie die Schaffung einer transparenten Datenwelt. Sie arbeiten in Abstimmung mit der parallellaufenden SAP S/4HANA-Implementierung und verantworten die Überführung der Prozess- und Datenorganisation von einer Projektorganisation in dauerhafte Strukturen.

Ihre Aufgaben

  • Verantwortung und Koordination der globalen Prozess- und Datenorganisation
  • Führung der Global Process Owner und Data Stewards in der Matrixorganisation sowie enge Zusammenarbeit mit der IT
  • Vorantreiben von Standardisierung, Harmonisierung und Vereinfachung von End-to-End-Prozessen
  • Globale Verantwortung für Datenbereinigung, Harmonisierung und Migration von relevanten Stamm- und Geschäftsdaten im weltweiten SAP-Rollout
  • Identifikation, Bewertung und Priorisierung von Maßnahmen zur Optimierung von Prozess- sowie Dateneffizienz
  • Erarbeitung und Sicherstellung der Einhaltung von Standards für eine hohe Prozess- und Datenqualität
  • Design und nachhaltige Implementierung eines Prozess- und Datenberichtssystems

Ihr Profil

  • Abgeschlossenes Hochschulstudium, idealerweise im Bereich Betriebswirtschaft oder Wirtschaftsinformatik
  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung in der Leitung von Projekten und Führung von Teams im Bereich Prozess- oder Datenmanagement
  • Umfassendes Verständnis von Geschäftsprozessen und Erfahrung in der Modellierung von End-to-End-Prozessen in der Lebensmittel-, Pharma-, Chemicals- oder Life-Science Industrie
  • Ausgeprägte Datenaffinität sowie gute Kenntnisse in SAP S4/HANA oder vergleichbaren Softwarelösungen
  • Erste Erfahrungen im Bereich Datenanalyse und interaktive Datenaufbereitung
  • Lösungsorientierte/r Teamplayer/in mit sehr eigenständiger Arbeitsweise, ausgeprägte analytische Fähigkeiten gepaart mit ganzheitlichem Denken
  • Souverän im Auftreten, erfahren und stark in der interkulturellen Kommunikation - mit verhandlungssicheren Englischkenntnissen, Deutschkenntnisse von Vorteil
