Your role and responsibilitiesIn this role, you will have the exciting opportunity to lead reliable and timely analysis of financial results and create plans and forecasts as the most senior Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) leader in the organization. Each day, you will collaborate closely with key financial and business partners and other stakeholders at senior and executive levels, while communicating effective operational strategies based on financial KPIs and thus playing a crucial role in the decision-making processes that drive our business goals.

This role is contributing to the Business Line Analytical within the Global Division Measurement & Analytics.
You will be mainly accountable for:
• Leading, driving and creating the comprehensive analysis of financial results within your area of responsibility and coordinating the preparation of various management reports. This includes performance reports, financial statement commentaries, and storylines for stakeholders and senior management on a weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.
• Evaluating the impact of strategic, financial, or other major investment decisions.
• Defining, coordinating, and overseeing financial planning processes and activities (e.g., financial planning and forecasting) in collaboration with the global Division FP&A.
• Driving the implementation of standardized processes and tools to support financial planning activities, and leading process improvement and cost-saving initiatives to enhance profitability.

- You are highly skilled in working with SAP, Excel, and Power BI, with substantial experience in the financial market, ideally within service and/or manufacturing finance.
- You have over 5 years of experience in financial analysis, accounting, performance management, operational excellence, risk management and internal controls, and data analytics. Experience in hub, region, or global PG is a must.
- You are passionate about innovation, highly skilled in financial analysis and performance management, and strongly oriented towards results and improvement.
- With your strong communication skills, you are able to identify key financial metrics and translate them into effective operational strategies.
- Degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field, or extensive knowledge and proven experience in financial analysis and risk management.
- You have excellent communication skills in English.

The Division enables the optimization of industrial processes by providing and analyzing data collected from sensing and smart measurement devices. Parameters such as emission levels and production inputs are measured by providing 'before' and 'after' values, enabling efficient operations and environmental sustainability through measurement.
