Ihre Aufgaben
  • Erfassung und Pflege von Stamm- und Bewegungsdaten im HR-System
  • Eigenverantwortliche Durchführung der Lohn- und Gehaltsbrechung für einen definierten Mandantenkreis
  • Bearbeitung von termingerechtem Melde- und Bescheinigungswesen
  • Betreuung des Mandantenkreises in allen Fragen zur Lohn- und Gehaltsabrechnung
Ihr Profil
  • Abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung in einem kaufmännischen Beruf
  • Kenntnisse im Bereich Personalsachbearbeitung - bevorzugt in der Entgeltabrechnung
  • Kenntnisse im Lohnsteuer- und Sozialversicherungsrecht
  • Erfahrungen im Umgang mit Personalabrechnungssystemen sowie mit MS-Office
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
  • Dienstleistungsmentalität
  • Verantwortungsbewusstsein und selbstständige und strukturierte Arbeitsweise
