Aufgaben- Verantwortung für die Umsatz- und Vertriebsziele in deinem Verkaufsgebiet.
- Betreuung und Ausbau bestehender Kundenbeziehungen sowie Akquise neuer Kunden.
- Umsetzung von Vertriebsstrategien und -maßnahmen im Einklang mit unseren Unternehmenszielen.
- Analyse von Verkaufszahlen und Ableitung geeigneter Maßnahmen zur Umsatzsteigerung.
- Durchführung von Markt- und Wettbewerbsanalysen zur Identifikation neuer Potenziale.
- Organisation und Teilnahme an Kundenveranstaltungen, Messen und Schulungen.
- Enge Zusammenarbeit mit dem Marketing- und Produktmanagementteam zur Optimierung unserer Angebote.
- Regelmäßiges Reporting an die Vertriebsleitung.
- Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung oder ein Studium im Bereich Wirtschaft, Vertrieb oder vergleichbar.
- Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Vertrieb, idealerweise in der Tierfutterbranche oder im FMCG-Bereich.
- Ausgeprägte Kommunikations- und Verhandlungsfähigkeiten.
- Hohe Kundenorientierung und Spaß am Umgang mit Menschen.
- Selbstständige, strukturierte und zielorientierte Arbeitsweise.
- Gute analytische Fähigkeiten und strategisches Denken.
- Reisebereitschaft und Führerschein Klasse B.
- Fließende Deutschkenntnisse, Englischkenntnisse von Vorteil.
- Mobiles Arbeiten außerhalb von Kundenterminen
