In order to support the Innovation Field Industrial Systems, CTC GmbH is looking for an

Internship within development and implementation of a digital integrated E2E process for variable axial fibre lay-up (d/f/m):

  • Location: Stade
  • Start: _As soon as possible _
  • Duration: _3 months

Your tasks and responsibilities

  • Literature research on relevant topics and requirements analysis
  • Development of approaches and methods for process design of VAT laminates
  • Implementing new concepts into the existing process chain
  • Validation of the workflow by means of Robot programming, test studies or experimental setups
  • Regular professional exchange with colleagues in workshops and tech sessions
  • Insight and adaptation of currently used technologies for fibre composite development in aerospace

Desired skills and qualifications

  • Enrolled fulltime student (d/f/m) in the area of mechanical/ lightweight/ composites/ aerospace engineering; possibly software engineering or an equivalent field of study.
  • First practical experience in the field of composite design, fibre composite manufacturing is desirable.
  • First experiences in programming and CAE
  • Fluent in German and/or English.
