Your Role:- Develop and oversee quality assurance plans for software projects
- Monitor work outcomes and ensure adherence to development processes and regulations throughout the project's lifecycle
- Review and approve internal and customer releases
- Coordinate quality assessments and audits for relevant QM-systems and regulations
- Create and maintain quality reports and documents
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives
- Hold a degree in Informatics, Electrotechnics, or similar field
- Hands-on experience in software development in the automotive sector
- In-depth understanding of quality standards and process models like Automotive SPICE and ISO 26262
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Proficient in English and German
