Your Responsibilities- Develop and monitor quality assurance plans for software development projects, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.
- Monitor work results and adherence to development processes and process regulations throughout the project life-cycle.
- Review and approve internal and customer releases, guaranteeing the highest quality standards.
- Conduct and coordinate quality assessments and audits for all relevant QM-systems and regulations, including Automotive SPICE, ISO 26262, ISO 14001, and ISO 27001.
- Draft and maintain quality reports, providing actionable insights for continuous improvement.
- Draft and maintain default documents, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Implement continuous improvement programs, driving innovation and excellence in software development.
- Hold a successful university degree in Informatics, Electrotechnics, or a similar field.
- Have experience in software development projects within the automotive industry.
- possess excellent knowledge of quality standards and process models, such as Automotive SPICE, ISO 9001, and ISO 26262.
- Excel in communication and team player skills, with fluency in both English and German.
