**Was dich erwartet**:
- Du übernimmst die ganzheitliche Verantwortung für die nachhaltige und strategische Entwicklung von Prozesssegmente
- Du erarbeitest selbstständig Serviceprozesse aus übergeordneten Unternehmensprozessen und Customer Journeys
- Du erstellst Entscheidungsvorlagen und Business Cases für die Abstimmung mit den Schnittstellen
- Du stellst das bestmögliche Kundenerlebnis in allen Kontaktkanälen sicher. Dafür wertest du das Kundenfeedback aus und thematisierst es mit deinen Schnittstellen
- Du verantwortest die Analyse und Weiterentwicklung unserer Serviceprozesse Anhand von KPI und Kontaktanalysen und sorgst so für ein optimales Kundenerlebnis
- Du verantwortest ganzheitlich Projekte und stehst dabei mit deinem Team und Schnittstellen in enger Zusammenarbeit und Abstimmung zu Prozessanpassungen
- Du stimmst Anforderungen anderer Fachbereiche an die Serviceprozesse ab und gewährleistest die Transparenz der Prozesse im gesamten Unternehmen
- Du entwickelst effiziente Prozesse zur Verbesserung unserer Kundenberatung. Dabei hast du sowohl die Nutzerfreundlichkeit für unsere Kundenberater*innen, als auch die die Bedürfnisse unserer Kunden im Blick
- Du definierst Vorgaben zur Prozessmodellierung und -dokumentation und überwachst deren Einhaltung
**Was du mitbringen solltest**:
- Du verfügst über ein abgeschlossenes Hochschulstudium oder eine vergleichbare Ausbildung sowie mindestens 5 Jahre Berufserfahrung im Customer Service
- Du verfügst über mindestens 3 Jahre einschlägige Erfahrung in der eigenständigen (Weiter-) Entwicklung, Optimierung sowie Performance-Monitoring von Prozessen
- Du hast einschlägige Erfahrung in der Analyse und Optimierung von Prozessen sowie der Leitung von Projekten gesammelt
- Du bist versiert im Umgang mit dem MS-Office-Paket, insbesondere Excel und PowerPoint
- Dich zeichnen eine hohe Kommunikationsstärke sowie Service
- und Marktorientierung aus
- Deine Deutsch
- und Englischkenntnisse sind sehr gut in Wort und Schrift
