Sr. DSP Insights Manager, Delivery Service Partners(DSP)

The EU DSP Management team at Amazon collaborates with various European countries to enhance our relationships with the Delivery Service Providers. The focus is on establishing exceptional partnerships with our stakeholders across the EU.
We are in search of a Senior DSP Insights Manager who is eager to dive in and assist in generating actionable, data-driven insights using a variety of quantitative tools and core project management skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Managing our organization's AWS account, which includes a data warehouse in Redshift. Oversee permissions structure, for example, by managing IAM settings.
- Taking charge of reporting for strategic roadmaps by collaborating with business leaders to expand and optimize new business units in our DSP program.
- Creating and maintaining performance dashboards with crucial metrics for senior leadership and business teams' review. Analyzing extensive data to develop innovative initiatives for the organization.
- Introducing data to our data warehouse by setting up automated data pipelines using tools like Python in Lambda or Sagemaker for invoking API calls.
- Employing statistical techniques and tools for in-depth strategic analysis to produce actionable insights and effectively communicating recommendations to senior management.
- Innovating new data analysis methods to pinpoint trends and gaps in the experience and services provided to our delivery service partners.
- Collaborating with other data engineers and analysts to construct and automate centralized tools to enhance reporting and analysis quality.
- Partnering with our global teams to align on reporting requirements, establish, maintain, and take responsibility for data pipelines.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- Skilled in programming to extract, transform, and clean large datasets (multi-TB).
- Proficiency in scripting for automation (e.g., Python) and strong SQL skills.
- Experience in administrating AWS technologies.
- Familiarity with data visualization using tools such as Tableau, Quicksight, or similar platforms.
- Previous experience working directly with business stakeholders to bridge the gap between data and business needs.
- Knowledge of information retrieval, data science, machine learning, and data mining theories and practices.
- Understanding of experimental design and statistical analysis of results theories and practices.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Experience in managing, analyzing, and presenting results to senior leadership.
- Certifications like AWS Cloud Practitioner, AWS Solutions Architect, or AWS Data Engineer.
