- Du hast die Verantwortung für die technische Lenkung und Koordination von Entwicklungsprojekten, insbesondere von Anpassentwicklungen vom Anforderungsprofil bis zur Produkteinführung in enger Zusammenarbeit mit den Geschäftsbereichen (Projekt- und Produktmanagement), der Entwicklung und den Bereichen Einkauf, Fertigungsplanung, Qualität und Service
- Dabei übernimmst Du die technische Projektleitung in interdisziplinären Teams und bewertest technische Möglichkeiten zur Umsetzung der Kundenanforderungen
- Bei der Konzeptionsarbeit berücksichtigst du Vorgaben relevanter Normen und Länderregularien
- Du hast die Verantwortung für die Definition, Zuweisung, Überwachung und Ergebnisbewertung von Arbeitspaketen und bist technischer Ansprechpartner für das Produkt
- Außerdem gehört zu Deinen Aufgaben die Übernahme der Produktverantwortung für Produkte, die sich in der Vermarktung befinden und trägst die technische Verantwortung für deren Produktänderungen
Deine Fähigkeiten sind gefragt- Du kannst ein abgeschlossenes Studium der Elektrotechnik, Energietechnik oder eines vergleichbaren Studienganges vorweisen
- Du hast mindestens 3 Jahre Berufserfahrung in der Entwicklung leistungselektronischer Geräte
- Dich interessieren die Zusammenhänge bei der Nutzung von Energiesystemen zur Verbrauchsoptimierung
- Wünschenswert sind Erfahrungen mit Prozessen in der Entwicklung
- Deine Englischkenntnisse sind gut und Du kannst Dich in Deutsch sicher verständigen
- Du verfügst über eine hohe methodische Kompetenz zur Strukturierung von komplexen Gesamtzusammenhängen und kannst dabei auf erfolgreiche Projektmanagementfähigkeiten verweisen#bethechange Wir freuen uns auf Deine Bewerbung
