A Customer Success Manager Opportunity at Almedia

Almedia is dedicated to helping top brands in the digital arena reach new customers. Through our innovative platforms, users can discover and test the latest games, apps, and products in exchange for rewards. Since its inception in 2020, our brand has attracted over 15 million users, making us one of the most rapidly expanding providers and a key player in our sector. Our primary goal is to deliver a mutually beneficial experience for both users and advertisers.

We are looking for an energetic and motivated Customer Success Manager with proficiency in Chinese language to join our dynamic startup team. As part of the team, you will take charge of managing our direct advertiser relationships. Your role will involve closely monitoring our and our clients' key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure their satisfaction and address potential risks alongside various cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

  • Review campaign progress, share data-driven insights with clients, and identify growth opportunities such as increasing ad spend and sourcing new offers from advertisers.
  • Analyze campaign performance data to pinpoint risks and opportunities. Conduct regular performance evaluations with internal departments like BI, Fraud, User Acquisition, Support, Product, or Ad Operations to mitigate risks and capitalize on opportunities.
  • Cultivate enduring relationships with advertisers, acting as their trusted consultant.
  • Comprehend clients' business goals and customize advertising solutions to align with their requirements.
  • Support clients through the onboarding process alongside the Sales Manager and Ad Operations Manager, ensuring a seamless introduction of initial (test) campaigns.
  • Act as the primary contact point for advertisers to escalate and resolve issues raised by our users/support team.
  • Ensure accurate and prompt invoicing in collaboration with our finance department.

Requirements

  • Proficiency in Chinese language.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
  • Demonstrated experience in customer success, account management, or client-facing positions within the digital advertising, gaming, or app sector.
  • Thorough understanding of mobile gaming and app advertising trends, metrics, and platforms.
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with a knack for conveying complex information clearly and succinctly.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and offer actionable recommendations.
  • Effective problem-solving abilities to tackle client challenges proactively and efficiently.
  • Positive attitude, team player mentality, and a dedication to providing exceptional customer experiences.
