Sie unterstützt die Identifikation der Mitarbeiter mit der HypoVereinsbank und deren Motivation.**Das erwartet Dich bei uns**:
- Du arbeitest bei uns in einem agilen Newsroom-Setup und lernst die Grundlagen der klassischen Unternehmenskommunikation kennen. Wir verstehen Kommunikation als 360-Grad-Ansatz, das bedeutet, dass wir unsere Themen über alle zur Verfügung stehenden Kanäle planen. Dadurch ergibt sich für all unsere Kolleg:innen ein attraktives und vielfältiges Berufsbild. Durch Rotationen in andere Abteilungen der Bank erhältst Du einen detaillierten Einblick in die Arbeitsweisen anderer Bereiche. Dadurch erweiterst Du Deine Beratungskompetenz für die Abteilungen, die Du strategisch in Bezug auf die Kommunikation betreust. - Strategische Kommunikationspläne zu erstellen und umzusetzen
- Recherche und Erstellung von Inhalten für verschiedene Kanäle und Formate (Video, Social Media, Podcast, Event, Text)
- Zielgerichteter Einsatz verschiedener Kommunikationskanäle für Kampagnen
