Für den Standort Düsseldorf suchen wir eine:n Leader Global Commodity (d/m/w) , der innerhalb unseres Strategic-Sourcing-Teams weltweit tätig ist.
In dieser Funktion sind Sie für die globale strategische Beschaffung verantwortlich. Ein ausgeprägtes Verständnis von Prozessen und Strategien, eine praxisorientierte Mentalität und vorausschauendes Denken mit guten Kenntnissen in der Beschaffung sowie ein technischer Hintergrund sind willkommen.
Ihre Aufgaben:
Definition und Umsetzung einer globalen Beschaffungsstrategie zur Deckung des Bedarfs und der Anforderungen in allen Regionen und für alle Marken von LIXIL Armaturen Bereitstellung von Produkt- und Prozessinnovationen für Marketing, F&E und Produktion durch verbesserte Marktkenntnisse Definition der Beschaffungsbasis für unsere zukünftigen neuen Produktprogramme Verwaltung der Leistung der Zulieferer in Bezug auf Qualität, Lieferung, technische Unterstützung, Kosten und Einhaltung der gesetzlichen Anforderungen (Supply Chain Act) und unseres LIXIL-Verhaltenskodex Verantwortlich für das Management der Lieferantenbeziehungen und der Lieferantenleistung, insbesondere für wichtige und/oder besonders wichtige Lieferanten Leitung des strategischen Beschaffungsprozesses für höhere Ausgaben und komplexere/kritische Komponenten/Dienstleistungen Stärkung und Optimierung der Zusammenarbeit zwischen Projekt- und Serienbeschaffung Begleitung von globalen Ausschreibungen, Verhandlungen und Lieferantenvergabe Unterstützung der Serienbeschaffung nach SOP zur Verbesserung von Qualität, Lieferung und Kosten Sicherstellung der Eskalation bei Lieferengpässen Prozessverantwortung für die jährliche Lieferantenbewertung Verhandlung von Preisen und langfristigen Verträgen Verwaltung der kontinuierlichen Kostenverbesserung bei aktuellen und neuen Produkten Koordinierung der Erstellung von RFQ's (Request for Quotes) und RFP's (Request for Proposal) Durchführung von Datenanalysen, einschließlich der Verwendung von Kostenmodellen und anderen Instrumenten, um die Wettbewerbsfähigkeit zu ermittelnIhr Profil:
Abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Maschinenbau, Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen, Betriebswirtschaft oder vergleichbar Einschlägige Berufserfahrung in einem weltweit produzierenden Unternehmen, das mit globalen Lieferanten (insbesondere in Asien) zusammengearbeitet hat Ausgeprägtes Verständnis von Beschaffungsprozessen und -instrumenten, Strategien und Geschäftsplänen auf der Ebene von KPIs Verständnis und Affinität für Qualität und technische Praktiken und Verfahren Fähigkeit, betriebliche Veränderungen und die Umsetzung von Strategien voranzutreiben Ergebnisorientierte Arbeitsweise sowie ausgeprägte analytische Fähigkeiten und zeitnahe Entscheidungsfindung Erfahrung in der Verwaltung und Entwicklung von Beziehungen zu Lieferanten Verhandlungsgeschick und Kommunikationsfähigkeit, daher sind sehr gute Kenntnisse der deutschen und englischen Sprache erforderlich Führungsqualitäten - Teambildung, Zusammenarbeit, Präsentationsfähigkeiten, strategisches und innovatives Denken, Selbstständigkeit und ein hohes Energieniveau Unternehmergeist mit einer starken Arbeitsmoral und einer "Ärmel hochkrempeln"-MentalitätWir bieten Ihnen:
