Senior Customer Solutions Manager (CSM) OpportunityWe are looking for a seasoned Senior Customer Solutions Manager (CSM) to join our Automotive & Manufacturing team. In this role, you will collaborate with one of the world's largest Automotive OEMs, guiding them through their cloud migration journey. As a key figure, you will serve as a trusted advisor, ensuring seamless cooperation among all AWS teams to drive impactful results for the customer.
Responsibilities:- Lead complex engagement teams in Europe, North America, and Latin America
- Define a strategic approach to engagement in regions like South Africa, India, and China
- Enable stakeholder alignment and manage project risks
- Work closely with various key stakeholders
- Lead a combined AWS team to deliver digital transformation projects
Candidates with a strong background in delivery and change management, excellent problem-solving skills, and effective communication abilities are encouraged to apply. As a peer leader, you will drive stakeholder buy-in and oversee successful AWS adoption on a daily basis.
